Validate my credit/debit card

To validate your credit or debit card, you will need to provide clear copies of the following documents:

  • A valid government-issued ID card or passport (front and back).
  • Your most recent utility bill (phone, gas, water, etc.) showing your name, address, and statement date (no older than 3 months). If you do not have access to a utility bill, a bank statement displaying your name and street address will suffice. We cannot accept statements from online banks such as Revolut, Monese, Monzo, Atom, N26, Pockit Ltd, etc. for this purpose.
  • The most recent bank statement (no older than 3 months) for your card showing your name, card number (showing only the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible), address and statement date.
  • The front of your payment card.

Screenshots are accepted - if all your information and the full URL of the web page are visible.

PCI Compliance:
As a part of our continued efforts to protect the security of our customers' data and our continued compliance commitment towards the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we ask you to ensure that only the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number are visible. All other digits must be masked or covered. Do not send a copy of the back of your credit/debit card(s).

For Pokerstars Next Gen app, tap on the Account button to launch the Account Panel, and then:

Once you open the form, select:

  • Category: Account Security and Verification
  • Subcategory: Upload Documents
