Real money transfers in currencies other than US dollars

In order to send or receive real money transfers in currencies other than US dollars, both customers (sender and recipient) must have the currency added to their accounts.

Otherwise, the following message will be displayed: "It is not possible to transfer money to this player at this time".

In other words, if customer 'A' sends a real money transfer to customer 'B' in CAD, customer 'B' also needs to have a CAD bankroll for the transfer to be processed.

If you are sure that the recipient has the currency of your choice added to their account and you keep receiving an error message, ask them to contact us in order to identify the reason for the issue.
