You can contact us anytime via our Help Bot (called Stella), desktop, or mobile software.

If Stella isn't available to you, or you don't have access to your account, use the 'Contact Us' button in the 'Help' section of our website to access our Contact Support form instead.

Contact us via Help Bot

Go to the 'Help' section of our website. If Stella is available, you'll see a green bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. We recommend logging in to your account before starting a chat for a better experience.

To ask Stella a question, select the green bubble icon or the button below:


If you still want to contact the support team, write "I want to contact support," and she'll help you reach us.

Contact us via desktop or mobile

To contact us via desktop or mobile, follow the steps below:

  • Desktop: Help → Contact Us
  • Mobile: Help → tap the Account icon → Contact Us

We're not offering phone support at the moment, meaning there isn't a phone number you can call us on.
